Hayley was absolutely amazing to work with. We had an insane turnaround time to get out of a rental and into our new home and she was able to make it happen for us. She was always available for us, made a ton of visits to the homes we wanted to tour and was just always available when we needed to have a quick call to hash things out. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Bay Area real estate, understood comps and maneuvered around seller negotiation tactics and was able to get us the home we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Even after that was finalized and we had our deal, this is where Hayley really went the extra mile. She coordinated between tradesmen/service providers, gave us a ton of recommendations for the services we needed to handle, and took care of all of the back and forth with escrow title company and the multitude of docusigns we needed to process. Even after we got into the house she has reached out to ensure we are settling in and offered her assistance with whatever we needed help with. I really can't recommend Hayley highly enough. If you need a great realtor in the Bay Area use Hayley!!! She was incredible!
